I have only recieved this last week, so cannot do proper review, but I will post some pics and a quick description.

The bow is built by Jarkko Kaunismäki in Finland.  It is the only hybrid longbow, which he does. The workmanship is Top!  It holds its own against my Knoll longbow.

It is the only model which you are free to choose whatever type of riser grip you wish.  I asked for a high pistol grip, but he advised against a high grip because a proper fit is critical and I was not able to go over to be fitted.  So I think, he made it as high as he could.

The bow is past centre cut, I think 3/8th past.

The woods are Zebrano for the riser and  Kingwood for the limbs.

It is 60" long, which mean it is not ideal for my short draw length.  However, it is what I wanted.  I think at this length it is able to be drawn to 31".  More details of which bows can be drawn what length can be found here: http://www.j-bow.fi/j-bow/mittataulukko.html

The minimum price is 620 euro, but further details can be found on his website.  He has a wide selcection of woods and different finishes..  I think he offers really good value for money for a custom handmade item.

I found that his communication with current status of the bow and his answers to any questions I asked excellent.  He speak very good English , but not sure about German

I shot the bow over the weekend... It very fast.. The fastest thing I have shot, but I am a beginner. It is 45 lbs at 25" draw.  He has some really impressive test results (over 200fps for 48 lbs at 28" draw) for all the various bows he does.  They can be seen here : http://www.j-bow.fi/j-bow/testattua_1.html
